Audio archives of the show are provided on an AS IS and TIME PERMITS basis. Past show postings does not indicate they will be available forever, or even tomorrow. By signing up you agree that these shows may indeed go offline for any reason, for any length of time, including, but not limited to, forever. The decision to make the shows available on the site, or remove them from the site, is not made by Don Sierra.
Most days this will be the same evening as the show. There are times, however, when Don Sierra will not be able to post a show that day due to being away from the computer. Every effort will be made to make notification on the site, or on Don Sierra's Twitter feed that a delay has occurred, and the expected time of posting. There are no refunds for delayed show postings.
Archives of the show are posted WHEN TIME PERMITS and on an as-available basis as contractually and legally permitted.
Content included in the Premium section of the site may change without notice.
There are ZERO refunds provided for this site. Period. Never. Not a single one. For no reasons are refunds offered. (Got it?). In the event that the site is shut down, for any reason, you will hold Don Sierra harmless for any loss that may occur. If the site is shut down without notice the profits from the site are still donated to the foundation. Please remember it is Don Sierra who will bear the financial brunt of a site shutdown. Again - all site proceeds *will* go to the foundation.
