The price for the RussMartin.INFO Premium Service had it's first price increase in over 5 years on July 8th, 2010. For new subscribers the cost is $8.00 per month. Current subscribers will be able to purchase the subscription at the old rate. See FAQ entry below.

The proceeds from this site go directly to the Russ Martin Show Listeners Foundation, supporting the families of Police and Fire personnel who die in the line of duty.

Signing up for the Premium Service give you access to features not otherwise available. Note: The entire site not NOT a pay site! You do not have to pay to visit this web site. However, if you want access to the features listed below, you must subscribe!

Getting Started

1. What to do I get access to? (One month/One Month Recurring)
   
   • Listen to complete Russ Martin shows!
     
     • Listen to replays of that day's Russ Martin morning show.
     • Listen to older, archived episodes of the Russ Martin Show. (Provided on an AS TIME PERMITS BASIS!)
   • Each show is edited for commercials.
   • Enjoy individual segments, exactly as they aired in Dallas.
   • Listen anytime you want - anywhere you want.
   • Each show is archived for at least TWO full weeks.
   • THIS IS NOT A LIVE STREAM!
2. More Audio Selections
   
   • Premium Audio Vault - Selected clips from the show are posted to the Premium Audio Vault. (As time permits.)

If you do not see it listed above, you should not assume that you will have access to it. Period. End of story. Not here? No access. ANY OF THESE FEATURES MAY BE REMOVED AT ANY TIME, WITHOUT NOTICE. THERE ARE NO REFUNDS, PERIOD.


3. What is the cost of the Premium Service?
 The cost of the RussMartin.INFO Premium Content service is $8.00 per month for new subscribers. Current subscribers, those with active (and semi-recently inactive) accounts will remain at the $7.00 rate for as long as they are a paid member. Inactive accounts are deleted from the system on a semi-regular basis.



4. What format are the show archives posted in?

The shows are posted in WMA format. As of 06/01/2007 files are posted at a bitrate of 48kbps. (48kbps, 32kHz, stereo CBR for you technical people.) This format provides the best audio quality while keep the size of the files limited to a reasonable size. If you plan to put the show on your iPod® device, you will have to convert these files. The files are combined into a ZIP file. You must UNZIP the file once you have downloaded it. I download the show via the web site each day (at another location) so I know these files work. I can not send you another copy of the show once it's been removed from the web site.



5. I don't like PayPal, how else can I pay?

At this time, PayPal is the only method of payment that I accept. Why? Well, it's free for me to run, except for a small fee that is deducted from the cost of each transaction. There are other services out there, however, they charge a monthly fee in order for people to use them, on top of the transaction fee. In short, it doesn't make sense for me to sign up for them.


6. How does all this work, anyway?

The RMS Premium Service is a subscription based service. Simply having an account does NOT give you access to the Premium Service. In order to access the Premium Content, you must have an active subscription. To see your current subscription status, simply click the "Member Information" link. This page will also let you renew your subscription if you choose to do so. Please keep in mind there are no refunds provided. No one is forcing you to sign up for this. Plus you know what you get going into it. If it's not up there, it's not on the premium service. You should also understand that features of the Premium Service may disappear without notice, for any reason. In the event your favorite portion of the Premium Service is removed, there are still NO REFUNDS.


7. I'm broke and can't afford to pay!

Sorry to hear that.


8. Surely there is a way to get free access?

Nope.


9. Can I get a refund if I do not like the service?

No. All sales are final. Please re-read the FAQ to see what you get access to. If you don't see it there, it's not here. Profits benefit the Russ Martin Show Listeners Foundation, supporting Police and Fire personnel fallen in the line of duty.

1. How do I sign up?
   
   New Users: Visit the RussMartin.INFO Premium Signup page, located HERE.
After you fill in your name, e-mail address, user name and password, and e-mail will be sent to you. DO NOT DO ANYTHING UNTIL YOU GET THIS CONFIRMATION E-MAIL. When you get the e-mail, follow the link to PayPal. This will let you pay for the membership to the site. (Note: New users may not sign up for any type of recurring account.)
After you pay for the subscription, visit the Member Information page.

Current Subscribers: Visit the Member Information page.
Look for the "Add/Renew Subscription" drop down boxes.
To renew for one month, select the "One Time Payment" and "PayPal One Time Payment".
You will be taken directly to PayPal to pay.


2. I didn't get the confirmation e-mail. What do I do?

There are times when some Internet providers will block the confirmation e-mail that is sent to you. In those cases, you will need to manually complete the payment process. If after 4 hours you have not received a confirmation email, please use this link, and be sure to follow the directions!


3. When Does My Subscription Expire?

Visit the Member Information page. It will tell you when your subscription expires.


4. How Do I Cancel?
   
   If you made a "One Time Payment" you need to do nothing in order to cancel. Once your subscription expires, you will not be charged again.
   
   If you chose the "Recurring Billing" option, you will need to view your Member Information page. There you will have a link to PayPal which will cancel your billing to RussMartin.INFO. The Member Information page can be found under the Premium drop-down menu. (Or use the Site Map to your right.) You may also cancel your subscription by logging into your PayPal account. IN THE EVENT THAT THE SITE IS TAKEN OFFLINE, YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR CANCELING YOUR OWN RECURRING BILLING ACCOUNT. LOG INTO PAYPAL TO DO SO.
5. I still can't get in -- I'm going to file a complaint!
   
   Before you do that, did you email me first? Did you give me at least 24 hours to respond? If not, cool your heals and email me, would you? I don't appreciate PayPal complaints filed against me. To date not one PayPal complaint has been substantiated. Each case turned out to be a problem with the registration system that I was unaware of. A simple email could have fixed the problem each time. I'm not in this to screw you over. I'd have a higher power to answer to if I were doing that ... and his name is in the domain!

1. I lost my password! Help!

To retrieve your password, simply follow this link. This link also appears at the top of the home page. (When you are not signed in. If you are signed in, then you don't need your password, do you?) After you follow the link, you will be prompted to enter the e-mail address with which you registered.


2. How do I change my email address?

In order to change the e-mail address on file here at RussMartin.INFO, you will need to send me an e-mail with the new information.


3. Can I share my RussMartin.INFO password? What happens if I do?

No. Accounts are tracked by a password sharing system that automatically locks accounts of those suspected of sharing passwords. Users that login using multiple computers at the same time, or share login user names and passwords with other users will have their accounts locked out, and possibly terminated. There are no refunds. Do not share user names and passwords.
