Janet St. James is the medical reporter for WFAA TV, who calls into the show from time to time, usually during sweeps. Janet does a halfway decent job with putting up with Russ' antics although you can tell she's not 100% comfortable with being on the show. The exact date she began making appearances on the show isn't known.
